The things people ask before they buy.

What providers do you support?
Any VPS provider with SSH access works — DigitalOcean, Linode, Hetzner, Vultr, AWS Lightsail, OVH, Contabo, and so on. We support Ubuntu 20.04+ and Debian 11+ out of the box.
How do you access my server?
You create a fresh VPS, hand us the temporary root credentials via the order form (they are stored encrypted at rest), and we SSH in from a known IP range. Once we’re done, the credentials are rotated and your old ones will no longer work.
What do you actually change on the server?
UFW firewall, SSH hardening (key-only, no root login, optional port change), fail2ban, automatic security updates, a non-root sudo user, swap sized to your RAM, and — from Standard up — NGINX with a hardened default. Every change is listed in your handover document.
Is it a subscription?
No. It’s a one-time payment per order. You pay, we deliver, the relationship ends unless you order again.
How long does it take?
Starter and Standard typically deliver within 24 hours of us receiving your credentials. Pro is 48 hours; Enterprise is up to 72 hours because it involves two servers and more custom work.
Do you offer refunds?
If we haven’t started work yet, yes — full refund. Once we’ve SSH’d in and begun the hardening, refunds are pro-rated based on what was delivered. See the Refund Policy for details.
What happens to my credentials?
They are stored encrypted using Laravel’s application key (AES-256). Seven days after your order is marked delivered, credentials are automatically wiped from the database. If you want them deleted sooner, just send us a chat message on the order.
Do I need to know Linux?
No. You’ll get a plain-English handover document explaining what changed and how to verify each piece. If you’re on the Pro or Enterprise plan, we can also hop on a call.
Can you install my application?
The Pro plan includes one language runtime (Node/PHP/Python) and one database (MySQL/PostgreSQL) installed with a systemd service template. Full application deployment isn’t included — but we can quote a custom scope; reach out via the contact page.
